Our Meetings

We welcome you to join us on the first Tuesday of the month at St. Martins Church located at 9000 St. Martin Lane, Richmond VA between W. Broad St. and N. Parham Road. Meeting begins at 7PM.

The Club conducts formal business meetings, including radio related presentations, each month January through December.

DX Cluster

We also maintain a DX Packet Cluster system serving the Central Virginia area. Frequencies are: 

• 145.09 - C W4ML (Richmond)
• 144.93 - C W4FEG-6, then DXC  (W4FEG,Goochland)  Need to logout of both W4FEG-6 and DXC.
• 145.67 - C N2QT (N2QT,Lynchburg)
• 145.59 - C DXJACK (N2QT, Jack Mountain)

Welcome

The Central Virginia Contest Club has been in existence for over 30 years. The members generally have an interest in DX and Contesting, be it HF or VHF/UHF. Individually, members have won many contesting and DX awards, and as a group we participate regularly in Multi-operator contesting, primarily in the DX and VHF contests. We have won awards for our Multi-op contesting efforts.
